01Does HOC Warehouse replace Unleashed?+
Usually, no. Unleashed remains the inventory system of record. HOC Warehouse adds the scan-led task, location, packing, and management workflows used to execute warehouse work.
02Can it use our existing Unleashed products and purchase orders?+
Yes. The integration can read the product, purchase-order, inventory, and sales data required by the agreed workflow, subject to the API access and configuration available in your Unleashed account.
03Can we track batch and expiry-controlled stock?+
Yes. Batch capture, expiry dates, FEFO allocation, movement history, reconciliation, and exception handling can be included in the warehouse operating model.
04Can it connect Royal Mail or our label printers too?+
Yes. Carrier APIs and connected printing can be brought into the packing flow. The existing platform has been used with Royal Mail and PrintNode, and other providers can be assessed during discovery.
