Usually, no. HOC Warehouse is an execution layer that turns data from your existing inventory, ERP, WMS, or order system into clear warehouse work. Your current platform can remain the system of record.

02Will it work with our website and stock system?+

If those systems provide a suitable API, they can normally be connected. Shopify and Unleashed are proven integrations, but the platform is not limited to either of them.

03What hardware do warehouse staff need?+

The mobile experience is designed for practical warehouse use with barcode scanning. The final device, scanner, printer, and label setup is scoped around the environment your team already operates in.

04Can the workflow be adapted to our warehouse?+
